A. Instead of taking the test at home, the DMV requires that you come to one of our approved testing centers for a proctored final. Photo ID is required for the exam. It's easy to pass, and unlikely that you'll have problems. However, if you do not pass the final quiz the first time around for whatever reason, you can try again until you do. We don't charge extra for retaking the test.

Following the defensive driving course, you'll take the multiple choice final quiz online. The Idaho DMV requires an 80% to pass. If you score less than 80%, you re-take only the quiz until you score at least 80% - no extra cost. Nine out of ten pass their first try.
The Idaho DMV Certificate of Completion

If you complete the traffic school course on the weekend or after 2pm, your Certificate will be mailed the next business day.
