A. Once you're done with the course, we'll mail your Crandall Defensive Driving Certificate to you via first-class mail. Certificates are mailed the same day for drivers who finish the course on Monday through Friday before 5pm Eastern time. If you'd like your certificate sooner, choose the FedEx option at registration and your Certificate will be delivered in 1-2 days.

A. If you select Express shipping when you sign up, your Crandall Defensive Driving Certificate will arrive 1-2 days after you complete the course. There is an extra fee of $22.75 for FedEx delivery.
