A. More than likely, the answer is yes. Nearly all Idaho courts permit on-line defensive driving courses. It's always the student's responsibility to have court permission to take a defensive driving course.

Q. Can I take the final quiz from my computer and how long will it take?
A.. The Idaho Department of Motor Vehicles requires the final quiz be taken in-person where photo ID can be presented. The quiz is all multiple choice, taken from the DrivingUniversity.com website and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Click here for more information about the in-person quiz. If for some reason you do not pass the final quiz, you can retake it again until you have passed at no additional charge.
